These highly focused, one-on-one sessions are crafted to meet each athlete exactly where they are—technically, mentally, and emotionally. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all instruction. Instead, we take the time to understand an athlete’s long-term goals, their current capabilities, and the specific areas they need to develop. From there, our coaches construct a personal training blueprint that targets growth in a strategic and supportive way.

Private lessons at CBH are where breakthrough happens.

Whether a player wants to improve finishing at the rim, develop a consistent jumper, build strength and coordination, or simply gain confidence in their decision-making, CBH private lessons provide a safe, motivating, and structured environment to do so. Our coaches know how to work with taller athletes who may have faced challenges early on—feeling uncoordinated, being cut from teams, or not knowing how to fully use their physical tools.

These lessons go beyond the physical. 

We reinforce mental sharpness, emotional composure, and leadership qualities that help our players stand out. Each private session includes detailed feedback, skill tracking, and homework assignments for continued growth outside of the gym.
